The hotel is simply sensational. It's a 5-star resort so no one can fault it. The staff sometimes seems "shy", but they are extremely helpful when asked.
One problem I noticed throughout the city - not specifically the hotel; Services are inefficient. The employees are friendly and helpful, but the processes do not meet demands. At the hotel, it was no different, and check-in was slow, the bar was slow, etc. But like I said, the providers themselves were excellent - the problem was in the processes!

* The hotel is well located * The view of the beach is incredible * The room is beautiful and well appointed (the shower and toilets are beautiful and clean!) * The equipment is functional * All beauty/hygiene products are available. (There is even an iron and an ironing board) * The swimming pool is great with its view of the beach. * The rooftop and the restaurant: 10/10 * The breakfast is well stocked and good! * The staff is available, they speak English and can also speak French. In short, EVERYTHING is perfect.
